Besprechungen über aktuelle Themen zur Promotionsordnung und Anderem, das die Promovierenden betrifft. Alle Doktoranden der Fakultät für Chemie und Pharmazie sind herzlich eingeladen.

Meeting in which current topics to the Promotionsordnung and other important things regarding the PhDs are discussed. All PhDs of the faculty of chemistry and pharmacy are welcome.

We want to copy the logo from the Medizin's convent. Sarah is waiting for the file. We are waiting with the flyers until we have a logo.

meet the Fachschaft Pharmacy
They have their meeting Thursdays, 6PM. Sarah wanted to go on the 10th. (?) Just to say Hello (and we don't want to steal their seat in Fakultätsrat).

meeting with Prof Neuhaus/GAA
The meeting with Prof. Neuhaus took place on Nov 2nd. Mads was sick and unfortunately, nobody from our convent took part. There is a protocol. Next GAA will be on Dec 7th. Mads will go, maybe Sarah will join.

The old protocols are now mostly online on our website. Mads is now "translator in urgent situations" ("Spontanübersetzer") for the GAA's website.

Fakultätsrat
Sofia was there and reported. We want to present the survey on the next FakRat (Dec 15th) and will prepare a "condensed version" of the survey and send a pdf advance.

The next "Vollversammlung"...
shall be on January 12th , 12h30. Mads will try to get the same room as last time (in the Pharmacy building). We will have an election and try to get more people to join the "active convent".

Dec 13th, 18h, old PC library. Afterwards: Weihnachsmarkt! (write invitation e-mail to everyone, also with save-the-date for the VV) -> Beginning of December?
